Standards are everything in our industry, and if those standards aren’t met, you could compromise your hard-earned money. And, you could face the repercussions of an uncompleted project or improperly installed product(s).

Thankfully, you have A-Resilient Contracting L.C. on your side. A fourth-generation general contractor with over 15 years of experience handling residential construction, home remodeling, roofing services, commercial remodeling, and much more.

Have Questions?

Below Are Some Common Questions For Licensed General Contractors

Yes, A-R Contracting is a fully insured, bonded, and licensed general contractor in Phoenix, AZ. In addition to state licensing, we also carry general liability insurance and worker’s compensation insurance. We’re happy to provide proof of both license and insurance coverage on request.

Additionally, you can find information about our KB-1 Dual Building Contractor’s license here at the Registrar of Contractors.

We realize that nothing is certain and build that into both our residential construction services and remodeling services. We strive to deliver accurate estimates in all instances. These will be based on an in-depth assessment of your property/existing structure, goals, materials for the build, and other factors.

However, particularly when it comes to remodeling, factors outside our control may affect the price and timeline of the project. For instance, teardown may reveal underlying damage to the subfloor or the home’s structure that wasn’t detected during the assessment and must be repaired before the project can continue.

We will discuss any changes or additional work with you before moving forward and fully explain the impact of those alterations/additional work on the estimate provided initially.

At A-Resilient Contracting, we understand how challenging it can be to trust a contractor with a large down payment, particularly given the horror stories of some bad actors simply disappearing with your hard-earned money.

Depending on the project, we typically do not ask for more than 50% upfront.

The remainder is typically paid in installments throughout the project at various milestones depending on production charts and other factors. The final amount is held in reserve until completion and walk-through.

We also recommend that you avoid any contractor that asks for most or all of a project’s costs upfront. A stable, financially viable contractor can source materials and pay for labor with existing funds. Asking for a large amount upfront is a red flag.

There’s no set price. We’ve handled very affordable renovations, but we’ve also completed large-scale remodeling that included replacing the subflooring, plumbing, and other cost drivers.

The cost you pay will hinge on factors like the materials chosen, the project’s scope, and any appliances you want to install. We cover everything during our initial assessment to help ensure you know what your kitchen renovation will cost.

Yes, we do! Call them casitas, mother-in-law suites, or guest houses; we know the value and convenience these structures can offer. We provide a full range of services to help you get the perfect addition to your home.

We want you to make the most informed decision possible, so our estimates include everything you need to know. That includes the cost of materials, labor, incidentals, permitting, and more.

We offer a full range of roofing services, from repairs to complete replacements. You can choose from conventional asphalt shingles, foam, coatings, metal roofing, and other options, including terracotta, foam, and more.
